Even an IT company isn’t safe from email marketing spam.

Please accept our sincerest apology.

One June 12th, our third-party vendor had an issue with their latest software update and it caused multiple emails to go out without our consent. Some names in our data list only received one or two while others received many more. These emails do not pose any threat to your network, but they were an obvious disruption to your day and that is never our intent.

We recognize the value of your time and know the importance of only sending relevant emails. We use a third-party service to assure we send only the information we believe is valuable to you and obviously this accidental breach is not how we wish to develop our relationship with you.

We have confidence in our vendor’s service and believe that they have taken the appropriate steps to stop all future unauthorized emails and to ensure this does not happen again.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or wish to discuss this matter further, I can be reached at 224.523.8063 or chris@futurelinkit.com
