When many states implemented shelter-in-place restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, millions of workers began working remotely with little to no notice.
Elementary, high school, and college classes quickly moved to online instruction, stretching and testing internet connections like never before.
During these unprecedented times, a strong internet connection is often a lifeline for remote workers, parents, and students.
Learn how Future Link IT is maintaining its commitment to our customers during this challenging period:
Internet service
Because a strong internet connection has gained new importance over the last couple of months, we’re still performing new customer installations and service calls.
In doing so, safety comes first: our IT service professionals follow the protocols outlined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), maintaining a “social distance” of at least six feet, thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces, and encouraging employees to stay home if they suspect they’ve been exposed to the coronavirus.
We also work with residents and business owners to limit contact, arranging installation visits for a time when it’s convenient for property owners to be away.
This commitment to CDC guidelines is not only intended to provide a safe experience for our customers, but our team as well. Slowing the spread of COVID-19 through our communities requires the efforts of business owners and residents alike.

IT Services and Service Calls
Because of the mandated COVID-19 shelter-in-place order, we’re focused on providing IT support to our customers remotely. As a result, we’ve restricted on-site visits to only critical or emergency situations until the pandemic abates.
Even though our client care is primarily being handled virtually these days, this shift to remote support doesn’t mean that service will suffer. Future Link IT retains our commitment to high-touch, reliable service.
