Recently there was a new release of Internet Explorer 11 and people that are running it may experience issues browsing some websites.  This is a known issue with Microsoft Internet Explorer.  You can feel free to try using another browser like Chrome or Firefox, or there are 2 simple fixes that should solve the Internet Explorer 11 problem.  We have created this help document outlining the solutions for your convenience.  If you have any questions please ask your IT department for assistance.

Install IE 11 Fix

Probably the easiest solution to the IE 11 problem is for Microsoft to release a fix. If you are running Internet Explorer 11 on windows 8 or 8.1 you can follow the link below and apply the fix to IE 11.

Install Instructions

      1. Click the Download button on this page to start the download, or select a different language from the Change language drop-down list and click Go.
      2. Do one of the following:
        • To start the installation immediately, click Run.
        • To save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save.
        • To cancel the installation, click Cancel.         .

Downgrade IE 11 to IE 10

If the above fix does not resolve your problem, if you are running Windows 8 or earlier, you can uninstall IE11 and go back to your last version.  Please Note IE11 is required for Win 8.1.  To uninstall IE 11 from the start menu, go to “Control Panel”, then “Programs and Features,” then “Turn Windows Features on or off,”  and uncheck Internet Explorer 11.  This will roll back to the most recent installation you installed, it may require your computer to reboot for it to take effect.
